After our trip to see the 'Jungle Book' on stage in early January, we had a special visit from one the directors of the production at 'The Old Rep' in Birmingham. She came and taught us about how a stage production is made, from its very early stages to the actual performance.

We learnt about the warm-up that actors do to get their faces and voices warmed up (hence the strange faces being pulled on some of the photos!) and then we had auditions for five of the main characters who we'd seen on stage.
