It was sight to behold
stepping into the school hall on Tuesday evening, and not one for those with a
nervous disposition! Ghouls, ghosts, pirates, witches, wizards, vampires and
zombies were the order of the day for this year’s Halloween Disco.
A great time was had by all
with a disco organised by the PTA with Candy floss, toffee apples, samosas and
popcorn available to keep our ‘spirits’ up! The new conservatory was turned into
a Spooky Café for the grown-ups, although we were very pleased to see how many
parents enjoyed the disco by joining in with some of the dancing!
Thanks to all the teachers
and parents, big brothers and sisters who came along to help out– it was a great
success. The final total raised came to over £310. On behalf of our PTA, many
thanks! We look forward to the Christmas Fair...
